Our weekly volleyball training is individual skill based and open to athletes of all ages and skill levels.

We designed Fun Fridays for players to get positive repetitions to improve their volleyball technique, followed by competitive game play formatted to maximize rallies and the opportunity for each player to play the ball more times.

Time: 6-8pm
Format: 1 hour of drills followed by 1 hour of play
Ages: 8-14U

Sunday Training Structure
12-1:30pm: General Skills
All ages and skill levels welcome. Players are placed on courts based on age and skill.

12:30-1:30pm: JUMP Serving (Intermediate/Advanced Only)

1:30-3pm: Positional Training
Players are typically broken up into 3 groups with subgroups by skill and age:
Attacking/Blocking
Setting
Passing and Defense

2-3pm: Serving (All Levels)
