Sunday Training Structure
4-5:30pm: Youth Performance (YP)
Designed for players age 7-11 who are beginners or have some volleyball experience.

5:30-7pm: Positional Training
Players are typically broken up into 3 groups:
Attacking/Blocking
Setting
Passing and Defense

7-8:30pm: High Perfermance (HP)
Designed for experienced players to run combination drills and game play. All drills are meant to be cooperative or competitive.

Cost: 
$35 per class or $450 for unlimited classes (April-June)
Attend 2 classes in one night for $50 (cash only, pay in person)

Standard NGV Hourly Lesson Rates:
1 Player: $80/hour
2 Players: $50 each ($100)
3 Players+: $40 each ($120+)
