NGV partners with ClubVT to offer two day club volleyball tournaments hosted primarily at gyms in Gainesville City Schools!

Team Cost Per Tournament: $350
(registration goes up to $400  after October 1st)

ALL REGISTRATION IS ONLINE, THERE IS NO PROCESSING FEE!

Who is the sanctioning governing body? SRVA/USAV or AAU

What is the drop and refund policy? 
100% refunds will be given within 30 days of the tournament. 
50% refunds within 15 days of the tournament.

Who receives prizes? 1st and 2nd place in each division.

How much is spectator entry? 
Pre-purchased tickets online: $10/day
In person ticket sales: $15/day
Kids under age 5 are FREE!!

At NGVT we run unique tournament formats to minimize the amount of time families spend in the gym and maximize your time together as a family on the weekend!

Format: 2 Day
Saturday: Standard pool play AM or PM wave
Sunday: Single elimination bracket play

Day 1:
Two teams play while one team works.
Each team will play two matches and work one match.

Day 2:
Two teams play while one team works.
Each team will play two matches and work one match.

Day 1:
2 volunteers work as line judges, 1 flips score and 1 does the book.
All teams warm up for the first match only (2 minutes half court, 4 minutes each full court).
Teams play three matches in a row and go home!

Day 2:
Teams are re-seeded based on how they finish into a new 4 team bracket.
Both semi final matches are played at the same time.
The winners play each other and the losers play each other!

In the event of a tiebreaker, final pool play rankings are determined by:
1. Match W/L Record
2. Sets W/L %
3. Point Ratio

At North Georgia Volleyball Tournaments, we do our best to stick to the two formats listed above as much as possible.

In some cases, due to the number of team entries in a certain division, we will make adjustments to the structure to ensure the tournament runs smoothly.
