NGV offers lessons that are open to any member of the volleyball public (regardless of club affiliation). 

Club Teams
- Tryouts July 5-6, practices start early Nov.
- Season ends late March, early May or into June for National Teams
- National teams cost $3700-$3900
- Select teams cost $2650-$2840
- Regional teams cost $1850-$1995

Stars Rec
- Our version of recreation volleyball that mirrors a school season
- The season includes 12 practices and 3 tournaments
- Practice starts in early August and ends late September
